Return Eligibility

The item is unused and unworn.
The watch is in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Products with missing original packaging or accessories.
Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
